CHEVY (b.1995) is an artist and photographer based in the Midwest (Ohio).
Currently, their practice engages the multifaceted landscape of their hometown and region. Post industrial Rust Belt scenes alongside rural landscapes are primarily the subject of CHEVY's work. They explore the complex relationship between regional subjectivity, intersecting and often contradicting identities that exist within themselves, and collective and individual memory.
